Program Overview
Professional growth is encouraged for all employees. Liberty’s educational assistance program is designed to aid employees in their professional development and in the advancement of their careers by encouraging voluntary academic studies that contribute to increased knowledge and improved performance.
Policy:
Recognizing the mutual benefits for this organization and its eligible employees, the affiliated entities of Liberty Healthcare Group will provide financial assistance to employees for courses, certification programs, and examinations requested by management or voluntarily taken by employees interested in furthering their formal education. The courses, programs, and examinations covered under this policy must meet certain criteria established by Liberty Healthcare Management, Inc; Home Care Management Services, LLC; Long Term Care Management Services, LLC; and Liberty Living Management, LLC.
Eligibility:
Full-time employees who have successfully completed a minimum of one (1) year of full-time employment and have had a positive evaluation and employment record during the past 12 months may request educational assistance from their employer.
