Your pharmacy benefit services are provided by BCBS of NC. You will receive one ID card for both medial and pharmacy. To access the BCBS of NC formulary call BCBS of NC Member Services at 1.800.517.8072.

Effective April 1, 2026, GLP-1 weight loss drugs — including Zepbound, Wegovy, and future medications in this class — will no longer be covered under Liberty Health’s health plan.
Liberty Health will continue to cover:

  • Preventive medications and services, and
  • Lower-cost, non–GLP-1 weight loss medications such as phentermine, as appropriate.

GLP-1 medications prescribed for diabetes — including Ozempic and Mounjaro — will remain covered for members with a diagnosed diabetic condition.
